When you order your brain to execute a task, the result will be the complete opposite if you tell it “I will try to do this or that, rather than I will do it”.
When you tell yourself, “I’m going to try….be very careful because the energy that your body and mind requires in order to try is going to be weak, poor and mediocre”. You have no commitment, therefore, at the slightest slip you are going to give up, because you have already warned the Universe that, “I was going to try.”
However, if you tell yourself, with authority and determination: “I will do it … I will achieve it, I will deliver it on time, I am going to diet, I am going to do exercises with discipline”, the energy required to say this phrase has to be full of power and positivism. If that’s the case, It will makes you feel great. It will empower you. Believe me, your reality and your power will be totally different !!!
There is nothing that gives us more satisfaction than achieving our goals.
Do it, instead of trying it!

Love this, it’s sooo powerful and accurate! When clients tell me “I’ll try (to exercise more or change eating habits), I ask them to TRY and pick up a pencil. You either pick up the pencil or you won’t. There is no try.
