How many of us are stuck with the trivialities of daily living,
packed with negative and limiting thoughts that our parents, teachers, bosses, acquaintances have made us believe. Beliefs that are not ours. Society is based on stories, stories that have been formulated over time, and we have accepted them as the “reality.” Each of us has different realities because we have different thoughts and beliefs. We vibrate at different frequencies. We attract episodes into our lives according to what we decide to believe. So why not create our own story? Our own reality?
The concept of beauty is changing. Large, thick and well-defined eyebrows have claimed their deserved prominence.
It merits that we dedicate time to perfect them. If you don’t take care of them they lose color and notoriety. It matters so much that it’s very difficult to be ugly with pretty eyebrows. Watch and see.
According to gossip, it is said that old age begins to be felt in your feet. It could be an ingrown toenail (already something in your body dying and buried: Horror!). Could be ankles that are inflamed, fallen metatarsals, calluses, spurs or bunions, and God knows how many more conditions. Then the symptoms of old age creep up to the knees, continuing to the hips and it is here that things start to get complicated. For this reason I stay on my feet. It is in this area where neglect also begins.
I am often asked what secrets do I have to scare away the symptoms of age. I have many. I will not start in order of importance, but with the one that inspired me today: Posture.
While I was giving life to “The Lavish Vibe” blog, many were alarmed by the incongruity caused by the two topics that marked the essence of my blog: fashion and spiritual evolution.
Evading the present is something we all do continuously and without noticing. We do it when we are in automatic mode. It is sad to waste the only “real” we have, the now, the present. We forget that happiness flows from moment to moment, and it is not tomorrow or the day after, nor when the dream trip arrives, or the new house, the new car, or a promotion at work. The ego is never satisfied.
Most world leaders, rulers and their relatives have as a priority a personal agenda to meet, rather than addressing the needs of the people who believed in them. Faced with this bleak situation, we must change our focus. If we want to see different results, we have to replace the same old politicians with leaders that bring with them a new vision: a change of political paradigm.
I don’t remember well in which forum I read that Martin Luther (16th Century father of the Protestant Reformation), was the first “Celebrity” in history. At the time when he wrote his ninety-five thesis he had the good fortune to coincide with a relatively new invention, the printing press. His thesis were quickly printed and distributed throughout the sacred empire and the rest of Europe, forever changing that continent and the rest of the Christian world. Martin Luther quickly became a celebrity.
When we are conceived from an embryo in our mother’s womb, which one develops first, the brain or the heart? The heart is the first organ to develop. It has a magnetic frequency much more powerful than a thought. The heart produces the feeling, which in turn dictates your mood and the energy you are emitting. In order to change your reality and your circumstances you must change your energy.
