“Glossophobia” is a term used to describe a disorder that many of us suffer from when we have to address an audience or a video camera. We can experience anxiety, stuttering, extreme sweat and in the worst scenario, a complete mental block.

Seventy-five percent of humanity suffer from it, and I am the first to admit I was at the top of the list. As you well know by now, my messages are full of positivism. I have worked at challenging my limitations and I am proud to admit at having reached a satisfactory level of improvement.

At first it was very frustrating, I could spend an entire afternoon in my library recording over and over in order to publish two or three minutes of these messages.  I now can record these messages in only a few minutes. I know that I still have a long way to go, and I admit that the possibility of failure sometimes gives me “The Olympic Cold”, but I work diligently to overcome my stress levels and go on.

Transforming takes courage and discipline. I was encouraged to hear a motivational speaker explaining that when we think we are making a fool of ourselves, is precisely when transformation really happens, because we start being who we really are.

In today’s social media anything you post is bound to receive all kinds of comments. Don’t let the negative comments derail you from your goals. All our power comes from believing, but first you have to desire it intensely. What you passionately desire, your mind will end up expressing.

Wish it, believe it and achieve it;  and you will see your desires manifest!
